An old friend has returned to the neighborhood; back to the place he belongs. We're leaving a poetic note to say "Glad you're back!" 14 lines is the most you can go, so say hello, but don't be long-winded!
You've been gone so long. The place needs work but I'm sure with some help you'll have her looking like her old self. Wash the windows, dust the shelves. Maybe some fresh flowers would suffice. It sure is nice to see you again! Welcome home old friend!

far too long – but, wait…
who are you?
I never
knew you existed before
your return, today.
Oh, don't play hard to get now! Cute note, Paula!
